2. Refund Before Publication

A refund may be considered only if:

• The order is cancelled before content creation or publication begins
• The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of placing the order

Any applicable transaction or payment processing fees may be deducted.

3. Revisions Instead of Refunds

We do not offer refunds for content-related concerns. However, we are happy to provide:

• Reasonable content revisions
• Minor link or anchor text adjustments

All revisions must comply with editorial and publishing guidelines.

4. Order Rejection

If an order is rejected due to:

• Non-compliance with publishing guidelines
• Prohibited or restricted niches (including adult, gambling, illegal, or spam-related content)

A full refund will be issued, provided the content has not been published.

5. Delays

Delays caused by editorial review, content quality checks, or unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for refunds. We will keep you informed and complete the order as soon as possible.
